Will doors off of a 87 4runner swap out with the doors on my 86 4x4 standard cab?

Yes, the doors are the same.
The 4Runner passenger side door will have 2 interior handles, one regular and one for rear passengers to open the door easier from the back seat, but should fit the standard cab no problem.

I believe if you disconnect the passenger side rear interior handle and the rod it uses, you should be able to install your original door panel that will cover over the back handle opening as if it was never there.
