95 4runner 3.0 Sputtering past 1.8k RPM

I just replaced my spark plugs, one of the wires wasn't fully attached to the spark plug (from the previous owner), so I cleaned it out with some electrical cleaner and a q-tip, and put it on the new plug, this may be irrelevant? Anyways, today I drove to the store and everything was running fine, Came back out, started up the truck. The truck started normally, and I'm driving in the parking lot and the truck will not go above 10mph. It accelerates normally to about 1800 RPM then when I try to accelerate past that the needle drops down to about 1200 RPM, builds back up, drops back down about 1 or 2 times a second (depending how hard I press the gas). I live a mile from the store so I was able to drive it home, just very slowly. I just changed the oil, too.

edit: Also, I put it in 2nd gear and L gear and the same problem happens, and at idle it doesn't seem to be missing a spark so I have no idea what this could be!
edit 2: I just remembered, I tried to open the VAF like an idiot to clean it and broke it, so I had to buy a new one, that was a few days ago, not sure if this would be the problem.

Do a check on the tps signals. This is the kind of behavior you see with typical "idle surge" where the RPM cut off occurs. As in its possible your idl signal is shorted out either in the tps or the wire from it to ECU.

Just a guess but it's easy to check with a multimeter.
