20r Exhaust Manifold Gasket Question

Okay, another quick question I'm hoping someone here can answer: I bought an exhaust manifold gasket kit for my 20r and when I opened it up I found two gaskets. One gasket has like a perforated silver finish on one side and the gasket looks like perforated cardboard on both sides. Which one do I use? Both? Which way to do I face it? Seems so basic but I clearly need help, haha!

One sounds cork. I know a lot of time the oil pan gasket are cork. I've never done a intake or exhaust gasket

Photo would go a long way here.

I'm not certain about the 20r (carb) gasket set but in the 22re series the exhaust manifold gaskets have a heat shield attached (protects the plugs/wires) and this goes on the engine side.
