20R offy intake PCV inlet location?

Hi all,
I've been a been a yotatech member for a long while but have never posted because I always manage to find the answers I need, so bear with me. Feedback on posting etiquette welcome...
I've got a desmogged 20/22R hybrid with a weber 38 currently residing on the stock intake. I came across an offenhauser dual plane intake and am going to make the switch to alleviate weber adapter leaks with the stock intake. This early style offy intake does not have a PCV hose inlet location near the center of the intake like the stock one does, but I would like to retain the PCV rather than doing a breather delete on top of the valve cover. The offy intake currently has two vacuum barbs from the previous owner's application located on the side of the intake pointing toward the passenger side fender. It makes sense to me that I can use one of these for the brake booster and the other for the PCV but I read somewhere that these two shouldn't be too close together because they both need max vacuum (picture attached). Will this work correctly or do I have to drill and tap a new PCV barb location on the intake closer to the head? Any advice is appreciated. Thanks!
