Has anyone had issues with handling issues after installing a rough country lift on a 91 4Runner

 

Could you expand a bit? I for sure had pinion angle issues. Mine seems a bit unstable at high speed, i believe this is a caster problem. I should have time to align it this weekend and can let you know then.

 

I had major handing issues when I did mine. The rear coils in the kit are way to high I had to almost max out my torsion bars to get it level. I tried to have it aligned by multiple shops. It got scary as s*it when you hit 35 mph. It would change lanes at random I could not keep it going straight. Finally went to an old school shop( no electronics, all tape measure, rods and strings to align) he thought issues was coming from the rear. I threw the stock coils back on and it handled great. So I then put a set of TJM 1.5"-ish coils and left the stock arms on it. It sits a little low in the rear, but it rides and handles great. I have my torsion bars set so my cv axles are just slightly angled. I clear the 33's with no problem.

 

How long ago did you purchase your kit? Mine sits perfectly level the included rear coils.
