Strange behavior after fuel leak repair

Hi everyone ,

82 with a 22r and Weber 32/36

So truck was leaking fuel out of the accelerator plate diaphragm on the Weber 32/36.

I replaced the diaphragm today which fixed the leak but now I am getting a high idle around 1100rpm where earlier it was at 800.

Also of note is the idle speed screw has little to no effect on the idle, except it does speed up when turned completely in (clockwise) at this point , I can't lower the idle below 1100

I am running advanced timing that was set by ear.

Any ideas what led to the jump in idle and inability to get it back down to 800?
