Krumm's 94 4x4 pickup Build-up

I have a 94 pickup with 26,000 miles, everything original. Changed the rear diff fluid last weekend and am hoping to change front fluid this weekend. Trans and trans case are getting some new fluids as well. Seems like A/C clutch doesn't like to engage, but the A/C is ice cold. Also needs ideas for a rear bumper. Minor frame rust will be cut out and plated. Will add pics this weekend. I'm asking for ideas/suggestions to help revive this gem.

Had a rough time with the brakes, they were seized up. Mixed ATF and brake fluid and let it sit to get slides out. Took three days and beating the hell out of those slides with a hammer to do both front brakes.

original spark plugs vs the new ngk I put in.

This is what 22 year old coolant looks like. The sludge in the overflow was almost solid. Took some time with a water hose to clean it up.

Got it welded on as well,
Before and after frame clean and paint. Monroe front and rear shocks added.

Here's the bumper my father made custom.

Only 26k, that is a young one. Great find. You are on a great start by changing all of the fluids. Do a complete tune up from filters, ignition and check your hoses would be what I would suggest and then see what issues come up. Welcome to Yotatech.

It was my grandfather's truck. He bought it new I still have the window sticker. He only used it for winter and to get to the family cemetery to cut the grass. I've been driving it back and forth to get to college, a 2 hour drive. Next up is the thermostat, been sticking since i flushed the coolant.

Got a check engine light, code 25 (lean air/fuel). Anyone else had this code and was able to get it sorted out?
