Are LCE H-Beam Connecting Rods Worth Getting?

Are LCE H-Beam Connecting Rods Worth Getting?
Hey guys, I am rebuilding a 22re to replace the one in my truck. The one I got needs a crank and connecting rod. The crank I was looking on ebay because I am not sure where else to get them (I don't think ENGNBLDR has cranks?) and I was trying to decide on whether to get a single used rod and have it worked, or get a new set.
And if I get a new set, should I hunt down some OEM, go aftermarket (If you guys know any good manufacturers), or so with the LCE H-Beams?
Any advice is welcome, this is my first rebuild and I'm not having great luck so far with this block so I want to do it right.

Last I looked Engine Builder Had Cranks and Rods.
It had been a while though might be worth a Phone call.
Unless your trying to build a 300 plus Horsepower 22Re stock rods are fine .
If you have the extra $$$$ to spend buy what you want.
