5vzfe low idle 1997 4Runner auto. Am I just paranoid?

I really hate to start a new thread out of this but I can't seem to find anything along the lines of my problem. So about two weeks ago I bought a 97 4Runner with the 3.4 and an auto tranny, it has 244,000 on the clock. It has ran exceptional well given the mileage and I have all the service records since 2009. But I've only ever had 22re's so I'm new to the 5vz. But I've had an odd idle when in park or neutral it at about 700 but when in gear it drops down to 510-520 ish, I'm not sure if that's just the normal load being put on the engine or not. It has a very small vibration or very small shake when the Rpms are that low. Well today it was about 80-90 degrees and I was sitting in a parking lot with the ac on and after about 20 minutes I backed and and began to drive away, made it about 10 feet or so and my truck died. Starts up after just a few moments though and seems to run just fine. It's done it twice now. I'm stumped so I've come to the experts and those of higher knowledge. Also if so I'm ready for the flaming if that's what this thread brings. Thanks in advance!
I will be continuing to research and if I find the problem I will update this thread.

Check all vacuum hoses and the air intake tube for small cracks or a loose connection.

You just bought the truck there are going to be a few bugs to work out.

Do you have any history at all on how it was maintained??

Coolant temp sensor or the IAC

These 3.4 engines when started should go to a High idle around 1500 rpm till the engine temp comes up to I think 140 F off the top of my head.

Is the MIL tripped (on)

If your going to work on this get a simple code reader
