Just recently my rear window on my 4runner has started acting up. When I go to roll it down or up one side is stuck or off track so I have to pull it up to get it to go. Is that just it? That side is off track? How would one go about getting it back on? Thanks for any and all help

 

Probably broke the plastic slide block on the end of the regulator arm. Pull off the inner carpet panel and the plate underneath and you can see what's up.
