What year truck? I'll take a stab at it and say you probably want an SR5 instrument cluster out of a similar vehicle that was equipped with an automatic transmission. Donor cluster should come out of a vehicle with the same engine as well, so the tach works right without having to adjust it.

Is your truck 2wd or 4wd? I've never seen an older cluster like that with the gear indicators on it.

Must be because it's 2wd. I'm sure you could convert your column shift to a floor shift. Or just install an aftermarket tach which might be easier.

Looks like 89-95 cluster. I think that is the first one I have seen with the shift points in the cluster.

I pulled a cluster for my floor shift DLX ext. cab from an SR5 T100, and it has the shift points. I believe one should work for your truck. Funny thing, when I switched it out, I noticed that my truck was prewired for the reverse light only. Plugged it in, and the reverse light does light up! I did a little research in how to run the wiring for the other gears, but it was hard to find anything, so I gave up.
