So I got out of a movie last night and my car wouldn't start all of the sudden. The battery reads 13 Volts and all of my electrics work. I've replaced the starter and the starter relay, the ignition fuse hasn't blown, and I have bypassed both of the clutch switches and despite all of that when I turn the key nothing happens. Anyone have any ideas?
