Best way to fix rust holes for 2-3 years til I got money for fiberglass sides? I have one over the fender one where the tail pipe comes out and one under the tail light

You dont fix it temporary, you either cut it out and fix it or let it continue to rust.

I've seen people use stuff to kill it temporarily and patch it for a while but I just don't know what to use or how to do it

put the money you would spend on repair materials into a big pickle jar that says "fiberglass box" on it. There, you're already $100 ahead. And take the time you would spend fixing it and work some overtime. That pickle jar will fill up mighty fast.

Definitely ain't got the money for a new box and I don't think my dad would let me spend 2 grand on a new one but I could save up for bedsides I guess how much y'all think it would cost to get it painted? (I'm guessin that would be the expensive part right?)

What I meant was your bed is in better shape then 99% that are on the road here.

So your bed would be in almost new condition to us here in the great rust belt.

your year truck has replaceable sides , we replace them successfully all the time ..

as we are very busy , we suggest to most customers the "duct tape fix" until we can supply .. works every time
