Scrubby’s for paint preparation

Im looking for the RIGHT scrub pad to knock off old chipped paint and rough up the surface before doing my own camo paint job. What say you.

sandpaper/sanding sponge and elbow grease. chipped paint = scraper to remove all loose, then sand to blend (or not). wash/dry, then wipe it all down with solvent rag to remove residual oils/wax
