Need Help with Wiring Harness in a 1986 22re

So, I just re installed the 22re in my 86 4runner. It is hooked up to the transmission and everything, but now I need some serious help with the wiring harness and things of that sort. I have been researching constantly, but I just can't find exactly what I need. This is my first time messing with a motor, much less a 22re, but I figured it would be a good time to learn. Of course when we tore the motor out I didn't pay much attention to where the wiring harness was and how the vacuum hoses were placed. Lesson learned. But I was wondering if someone could help me figure out where and how the wiring harness is set up. Also, this is a mud toy so the sensors and clips that go on them aren't in the best shape, but I wouldn't want to replace them if they were just going to get messed up again. This truck used to be an automatic but was converted to a manual by the person I got it from, so I was also wondering if some things on the wiring harness even need to be hooked up. I am really new at this so if anything I am asking is dumb please just explain.

there should be a vacuum diagram sticker under the hood... also:

wiring under the hood, not behind the dash, right?

The harness that connects to the transmission, tcase, reverse lights run thru the center of the intake. If you run it over the back of the intake, it will be to short to make your connections. I have done that in the past. Once you have to take it back apart to route i right, you wont forget that one.

The sensors are fool proof to keep you from getting them mixed up. Which sensors you talking about?

So I actually had a friend come by to help with the wiring harness and got everything set up. Now I realized that I haven't connected a fuel line right underneath the intake. It is underneath the intake to the right a little bit. Any ideas on where it connects

Save yourself time. Stop looking. Just go to www.photobucket.com. Tested and proven to work very well with yotatech.

Is this the one you was talking about? It has been awhile since I have taken that line off. Probably some brass crush washers that go on each side of the banjo.

Here is a full shot of the fuel rail and intake. The only real place it could leak at in this area is the line or the orings that go on the injectors. Toyota says to lube them with gasoline. That will work and I have used WD-40 or anything. You dont want to stick the injectors into the rail dry as it is possible to knick the oring and leak there. I have been there and done that.

The one line I see that isnt hooked up I believe circles around behind the thermostat to another line and should not be fuel but a water line. I can look tomorrow and double check.

Could you send a pic also of your 22re so I can make sure all of my vacuum hoses are correct? Hopefully it's not sending fuel somewhere where it's not supposed to be. Thanks a lot!!
