92 4runner rear wiper arm issue

I just replaced the rear wiper blade assembly. Everything works well enough except the arm doesn't retract all the way up. Any suggestions?

Just adjust where the arm mounts to it is in the correct position.

Pull the arm off and move it.

As long as every thing else is working.
