22R Please Help Identify Gasket!

Does anyone know what gasket I need to seal this EGR passage? I can't find out what component it even is? THANK YOU!

What year is the motor? Knowing atleast that much would help immensely.

The motor is from 1986

It has two pipes from the exhaust manifold that wrap around the engine that connect to it. The pipes run under the EGR cooler.

It's the AS Reed Valve. The gasket for it is part # 17376-35040.
