01 4 runner hood latch stuck closed . Battery is dead and I can't get the hood open. I've tried all the common sense approaches. Yanking on the cable while someone pulls the hood , banging on the hood . I've sprayed lube into the latch . Nothing ! I understand it can be unbolted but there's a bolt that has an anti theft cover or something ? Any help would be greatly appreciated guys . Thanks !
