ok i got an 86 pickup 2wd cab and wiring on my 89 runner frame and running gear with an 86 4runner 22re and it was working awesome ......key word was lol anyway it's acting like a dead battery but its fully charged (yes it been checked) it wont start and my light wont come on (high beam low beam) but my park lights work but the dim and i got a buzzing coming from the relay under the hood i changed it with 6 different ones 4 were brand new still nutting im thinking i got a short some were or a ground broken off some were.....

 

found the problem had a bad power wire by fuse panel.... white wire going to 80amp fuse partly broken causing a poor power draw

 

Wow that was quick! Glad you got it sorted out. Please note that wire is not just any wire it has fusible link in wire form. Don;t just replace it with plain wire. FS is there to protect the system. Why 2 FS in series... ask Toyota engineers
