Steering Knuckle Leak?

Well I'm no expert by any means, but that doesn't really look like grease leaking out. You might have a bad inner axle seal allowing gear oil to get into the knuckle. If I'm wrong, then probably the felt wipers that seal the backside of the knuckle.
