94 22re into a 91 pickup 22re 4x4

Will wiring harness and ecu work or do I need 94 harness and ecu help much appreciated

So after that its just plug And play? And why can't I use the one I have?

If its a true 94 22re it will have several differences from an earlier one. The intake plenum is bigger among other things. Because of these differences you will need the harness.
