CARB header for my '82

CARB header for my '82
So I thought I bought the header I should have 16yrs ago.
This header came with a CARB# but its missing the pre heat braket for the air filter housing and some sort of exhaust reburn piping. Sorry I'm not more specific and with pics but I'm rushing....;got to go to bed for a stupid early wake up.
Any help would be appreciated.

The items missing I didn't order. My fault. Thought they came when you bought the whole lit and when I started comparing pictures I thought I got sent the wrong header. Like maybe for a 22re.
