Question 7mge Coil Swap

So I've been reading up on a few mods and I'm taking a liking to the coil swap. Seems like it'll add a little extra pop to my truck (3vze). My question is to those who have done it, how much work is involved? The whole thing is a bit new to me. I'm looking at my truck and I've got a coil w/ igniter (silver part) that connect to an unnamed black part (ignition coil?) that connects to the distributor. Would I look to replace both of these, or just the coil igniter?

Gonna also do the 7mge afm swap. That one looks pretty straightforward and I've got a handle on it.
