As I understand it, I can use the rear differential assembly from v6 truck/4runners from about 89 to 95? They are a direct swap (other than maybe the flanges) into the front and rear diff. on my '84? But I cannot use the front ifs diff. Assemblies, right?

I want 4.56 gears and I'm trying to scavenge them. I don't want to pick or pull something I don't/can't use.

Also, any info on cheap sources or a set lyin around would be appreciated.
