Hey I was just able to get my obd2 cable wired in and found out that 1 of 8 codes was the p1700 or speed sensor..

Motor ecu and harness is all from a 98 taco auto to a 95 auto runner..

And I hear you can run a wire from Behind the 95 dash cluster to the ecu? Any wright ups out there or how to's?
If I knew what wire colors to splice into I'd be good to go already did the tach mod btw..
Also other then the cel being on does it affect the engine or trans in any way?

 

You need to get the donor and project wiring diagrams and match wiring functions.
Much easier that way.

The speed sensor wire you are searching for is already in the 95 body harness right there in the kick panel. You have to get the EWDs for both vehicles and match em up. E12 12 G-O to IH1 20 G-L for me (this one's a freebie)
