Looks like the 2 and 3 body mounts have bolted in body mount bushings? Is that the case? If not these bushings are in there. Never seen these before on a 2nd gen before.

Yep, the 2nd gens have the A and B pillar mounts bolted to the frame brackets, the C pillar and front/rear bushings are the more traditional upper/lower donut type bushings:

We make a custom bushing kit for that vehicle as none of the major bushing mfgs. make anything for the 2nd gens and later 4Runners:
