O.K folks. I have successfully completed a test for uploading pictures so I will do the same here on a normal page. Right? haha! this is my lightly modified '81 longbed I picked up about four years ago for $1,000. And it ran!!! I could not pass up this deal.

Looks like a fun wheeler! My major question is, why the need for the front bumper to stick out so far(width)?

 

It doesn't really stick out that far. It looks like that from the front but if you take a pic from the rear and to the side it only sticks out maybe one an a half inches past the tire. I can cut a little off and rotate it to match the curve of the truck.
