i need help for my surf 2400cc turbo desile

Dear Sir/Madam
i,v problem of my surf
i get problem of overheating due to accumolation of prssure in uper water pipe lead to push the water out .the mechanic ask for change the cylinder head so we did it but no change the car still overheating ,so other mechanic told me the problem in the water holes in the cylinder head it is narrow so we have to drill it to become wide so allow the water to circulate inside free
is it possible ??
please i need help urgently because nowaday i,m from mechanic to another .

Maybe you need a new water pump??

Possible explanations include:

Thermostat could have failed, insufficient level of coolant (ether-glycol) or the radiator plugged up.

I would not recommend drilling the block or going back to the mechanic suggesting to drill the block.

I would also consider using http://babelfish.altavista.com/ to help you translate to English.

Cracked heads and overheating problems on 2.4D Surfs are quite common unfortunately.
You would be better off searching or posting your issue over on this forum which is dedicated to Hilux Surfs and has loads of information about head problems:

Good day all members
Realy i gave up and i think i bought car the most bad car all over the worled ,till now i never repair my car ,i did the following :
1-change the cylinder head .NO CHANGE
2-they told me ther is crack in the block ,i put new sleaves,new rings,new pestins,new water pump,new rediator NO CHANGE
I,M STILL HAS THE SAME PROBLEM THE CAR OVERHEATING DUE TO BUILT UP PRESSURE IN THE UPPER WATER PIPE LEAD TO PUSH THE WATER OUT OF REDIATOR

PLEASE I NEED HEEEEEEELP

take out thermostat and run for a while to see if water boils.
If it does you may have the wrong head gaskets. It blocks some of the water passages.

I like to change the engine to petrol engine is it possible any engine or it has to be turbo engine or no need for change it ?
