I have only seen one thread saying that it was possible but needed to be altered or welded to make it work. I was wondering if any one else might have tried it and possibly have pictures as I would like to have some kind of an idea what needs to be done before I purchase.

 

You're trying to put a square peg in a round hole.

Thats possible if the round hole's diameter is greater than the square's diagonals.

 

I am sure I can make it work I was simply inquiring to see the method others have chosen as I am sure its been done more than a couple of times. Unless you can recomend an alternative?

 

I'd like to know too, there aren't a lot of options for 1st gen bumpers

 

I think justdsm did. It needed a spacer to work..
