Accurate Electronic Testing Info Wanted
Is there an accurate way to test how good or bad an igniter is and to test how good or bad a coil is and how to test how good or bad the pick up is good or bad?

Well... The way I test these parts is a bit unconventional. But it's worked for me for many, many years.
If its working, it's good.
Iff it's not working, it's bad.
There ya go, my secret is out... You can use this method for pretty much anything. Coils, igniters, motors, transmissions, marriages, spouses, relationships, whatever.

Sounds like a bunch of smart asses in here who think they have the obvious answers to things when in fact they are wrong. There are certain ways to electrically test components and I have done so on my own but wanted to compare to others ways to make sure mine were correct. You are far behind me at the moment because you could be replacing things you don't need to replace just because you think they are not working when in fact they are and it could be a problem with something you don't know about which is why testing is important. Dumb asses.

The dumb question is the one not being asked. Sometimes there are people who don't know what some things stand for or mean so in willingness to learn and wanting to know they ask. Not dumb if you really think about it. That's how you learn. You're dumb for saying that.

Here check the link for the factory service manual.

I just use a digital MM and the FSM. And only because something is wrong. Toyota quality being what it is, breakage is rare. So only a limited need to test anything, and when it breaks its sometimes quite obvious. Like a rod sticking out the side.

Yup, we are all dumbasses and your here asking for help and you don't know how to Google a Factory Service Manual, or FSM, as it's known to a lot of us dumb/smart asses...
Actually, can someone help me? Am I a dumbass or a smartass?
