according to the original code on this one owner truck (dad) it's a 4.30. I had a guy PM me from Illinois that said he had a good one for $50+about that in shipping. I just contacted him so we'll see.
If that doesnt' work out I may have to come get a 4.10 from you to be able get around for a couple weeks. I'm sure I'd look funny with that PIG strapped to the back seat on my old Goldwing but who cares!
Thanks again, Wab, I'll let you know.

Guy sold me a pig that he said was a 4.30 but the ring gear is stamped 41 (yeah, I counted them and it has 41 teeth) and I think the pinion shaft end was painted pink (not sure though).
It's in the truck because I HAD to have something but if this isnt a 4.30 I can't use 4WD.............

So my advice... turn the wheel an count gives ya a pretty good guess... pull it an you'll know for sure.... But ya, I wouldnt use 4wheel till ya know... unless you are stuck... if its mud or snow; front tires spinning faster or slower then rear shouldnt hurt anythin. as long as they are not gripping!
