Lost one of the four plastic inserts that are embedded in the rear bench seats. It's the part that the headrest fits into (seats in normal sitting position, not folded), and locks it in place. Looking for a part number, and supplier (preferably in Canada). It's for a 1999 4runner with leather seats. Would be good to know of any canadian parts suppliers (other then toyota) as well. Thanks in advance!

Part numbers are as follows:
Drivers side:

Passenger Side

Keep in mind these are for TAN inserts. Blue/Gray inserts have a different last two digits.
