22RE Fuel Injector Rebuild

So I bought a 1986 toyota pickup sr5 4x4 the the 22rec 207,000 miles. It was a little underpowered and had a miss to it Come to find out my #4 piston was broken. I just finished the rebuild and on the first start up it has a miss. Theres spark but no fuel getting to cylinder #3. Checked the injector pigtails there all connected and when you put the screwdriver to that injector its very weak. So i just said screw it and sent my injectors to:

fuelinjectorconnection.com.

http://fuelinjectorconnection.com/sh...d&productId=50

For $15 an injector they do a full service and test all the electronics and replace every o ring and seal and the nozzle tips. I prepaid for $67.80 then sent them out flat rate shipping usps for $6.10. The $7.80 is for return shipping after the injectors are rebuilt. So for $73.90 ill have remanned injectors and save $$$$$. I sent them looking like this:
Name: injector.jpg
Views: 3060
Size: 17.7 KB
Name: injector2.jpg
Views: 2312
Size: 15.0 KB

There suposed to be shipped back looking like this:

Name: inj3.jpg
Views: 2141
Size: 9.2 KB
Name: inj4.jpg
Views: 2219
Size: 16.0 KB

I will let you know how this companys quality is and how well they work. In the meantime please post any other fuel injector rebuild companies that you have dealt with or if you know anything about this companies reputation.

Thanks

I've heard a lot of great things about witchhunter. $21 per injector and you get detailed before and after specs of your injectors.

I used witchhunter last year when doing the 5vz-fe top-end rebuild and had very good results. I'd use them again.

Most of the injector cleaning places will test the injectors as well. Or I believe there is test procedure in the FSM, basically measure the amount of fuel that flows per unit time with power to the injector.

Okay so i shipped them out on 3-19-2012. I recieved a phone call from the guys at fuelinjectorconnection.com on thursday morning telling me that all the injectors were pretty dirty and one wasnt working( because it was so plugged up)and gave me all the readouts over the phone and said there warranteed for a year. He shipped them out thursday morning 3-22-2012 and they were at my house by saturday 3-24-2012(usps flat rate kicks ass!!). One week turn around is not bad for shipping across the west coast to east coast and saving alot of $$$. The injectors were in a seal tight packaging with all brand new seals+components. The only thing they didnt do was make them pretty with the paint and stickers. But idc as much for how they look more than how do they work. They looked like brand new factory injectors and work like brand new factory injectors. Now i just have to fix my freeze plug issue.

If anyone is looking at getting there injectors redone i would definitely choose these guys:

http://fuelinjectorconnection.com/shop/index.php?_a=viewProd&productId=50

And from now on every rebuild i do for these 22re's the injectors are getting rebuilt by these guys. Ill keep you guys posted on fuel mileage and reliability of these injectors once shes on the road again. Thanks for the subsriptions too
