what should i do about my motor

hi i have a 94 3vze i was wondering if there was any cheap performance parts out there for it. i dont have a lot of money or the time to do a swap. so any advice would be geartful.

Do you know of a cheap exhaust kits that are header or manifold back?

I don't, not for that motor, and none of it is going to be cheap.

The best thing you can do for the 3VZ is make sure it's in top running condition. Pull the codes and troubleshoot anything that comes up. If the O2 sensor hasn't been replaced in a while, replace it with a Denso unit. Test/adjust the TPS and replace with OEM if necessary. Many have also reported better performance after having the injectors rebuilt and replacing the fuel pressure regulator.

Cat-back exhaust would be the first thing I would do. I don't know of anyone that makes on. I've never researched it. It would be best to make your own. Don't bother looking for headers. They are out there but they are expensive. I say save yoor money and do a 7mgte swap

Well thanks to all of you for your input. A swap is coming for this truck but in the furture. I'm just trying to make it last for now.

so the motor in my truck (pos 3vze) blow up last night well driving home. so im thinking of putting the supercharge 440 with a 6pack that i have from my volare with a t56 6 speed and dana 60 front and rear with arb lockers and truck arm suspention front and rear with dual coilovers all around.
