89 22re not starting
i went outside this morning and got in my truck to drive to school. When trying to start the truck, every time i turned the key something up front would click and the truck wouldnt start. I thought the battery was dead so i hooked up a charger and it still didnt start. finally after messing with the key for another 10 minutes, it finally turned over and started. i replaced the starter about 4 months ago, so i dont think that is the problem. any ideas?
P.S.- It has done this once before and only does it when very cold (<20 F).

Check to see that the "click" is actually at the starter if you have a second person around. If its clicking under the dash or in a relay box its not the starter, if its on the starter, it is. It will click on the smaller part of the starter...the solenoid where the electrical contacts are located. Super common. If you got the starter anywhere but Toyota, I would not rule out a good chance it failed again.
