Inspection Tomorrow, now no running or tail lights?

Inspection Tomorrow, now no running or tail lights?
I was planning on getting my sticker tomorrow, i went to play in a little mud hole, now i got no running lights or taillights. everything else works, blinkers, flashers, radio, ect. I did notice, when i turn on the flashers, the right turn signal also blinks the same time the flashers do. Odd?
