There is no headlight fusible link. There are 3 fusible links at the positive battery terminal that protect the Ignition switch circuits, Charging circuits and the Constant Power Circuits. The headlights are protected by a fuse circuit in the fuse box-left of steering wheel under the dash.

80 headlights only work all the time
I traced the power back to the headlight switch from the fuse after repairing the factory wiring but only have high beams.I know someone else has had this problem , what was the fix and does anyone have a schmatic isolating just the headlight circuit?

Head Light Relay power feed to fuse panel-Red, fuse panel to LH headlight-Red /White and to RH headlight-Red /Black. High Beam on headlights to Dimmer switch-Red /Green, Low Beam on headlights to Dimmer switch-Red /Yellow. Head light relay power feed to relay contact and coil + Red /Blue, Head Light relay coil - to Light Control and dimmer switches-Red /White. Note: The dimmer and light control switches switch neutrals / grounds not hot (12V+).
