Question Manual Transmissions offered in Xtracab between 1999-2001?

Hi all,
I am new to this forum and am looking to buy my first Toyota pickup. I am looking for a xtracab manual transmission in the old body style Tacoma. I know Tacoma Xtracab in '98 was only offered in auto, but am wondering if '99-'01 offered a manual transmission in the xtracab. I am assuming it would be 4x4 V6 if so, but I have only found 2002-2004 manual trans extended cab tacomas.
Any help is greatly appreciated!!
Thanks,
Mel

Umm, all 95.5-04 4x4 extra cabs came with 5 speed manuals in both 4 cylinder and 6 cylinder models. All pre runners are autos.
