Front and rear suspension lift from Wabfab?

I have an 83' that I am looking at adding a suspension lift and I think I am going to go with a front and rear kit from wabfab, specifically shooting for the 5" kit. My question is will I have to go with a custom driveshaft due to change of pinoin angles? Also I noticed that in another build by Chief_Yota when he installed the front shock hoop it required alteration of the motor mounts is this necessary? Thanks in advance.

Why 5" springs? I want to pull leafs and lower mine....

I got my rear springs from a now banned vendor.
front kit moves the axle forward a little bit and also has a ton more flex than the stock suspension...you definitely need a long slip front d/s, the stock one will not be long enough..Lift first than measure flange to flange for the d/s..don't try to take someone else's measurement.
4" springs up front, 5" rear..to do it over I would have gone with 3" front, 4" rear...pics are with 33's, currently running 35's

rear driveshaft-have a d/s made with a CV joint in it..it helps
stock D/s may come up short but you can get various sized d/s spacers from 4crawler off road..

SHock Mount-on a 1st Gen 12" hoops fit fine..

See my project "Mascot" it's an 82.

Yes, you will have to modify the drive shafts.

Thanks for the response gents, I think that I will try and go 3's in the front and 4's in the rear. I honestly don't plan on going to terribly fast in it however I would like the option I guess. Wabbit I noticed in your Mascot build you refered to running duals and I am assuming that you were talking about dual transfer cases. Do you have any more information or can you refer me to another post/build I might look at?

With the ome setup im running i can tuck my 32's under my stock fenders. You dont need a big lift. When totally articulated you can not even see the treads. This is a stock spring over assembly so take it for what its worth...;
