Window Gremlins on a 91 hilux

Window Gremlins on a 91 hilux
Iam baffled, I have traced down all possiable issues.
I have even checked to make sure power on the up wire and down wire is working. Iam checking power at the motor. I find it hard to think that I have gotten three bad motors new. I haVe tried ever different trick just will not work.
NO WINDOWS NO DOOR LOCKS BUT THEY ARE ALL GETTING POWER!!!!!!!!!!!!
BY THE WAY THEY ARE NEW TOO
