Truck Groan on startup

My truck makes a strange noise on startup sometime. You can see it at 0:11 of this video.

Any ideas? It started during the winter I believe. It only does it when it's cold and it usually doesn't last more then a few seconds (rarely it'll go for 30 seconds).

I bought a remanufactured engine and my timing chain guides broke after < 80,000km. I just replaced them, chain and headgasket. This video is post replacement and it's still making the same sound. Last year when the noise started, I replaced the waterpump and distributor.

Truck is driving better then ever though on it's short test drives so far, but I'm worried about driving it until I figure out what's wrong.

If you can't see the video, try installing

Thanks!

Can you tell which side of the motor its coming from? Could it be the clutch fan?

My best guess is a bearing is on it's way out. Fan, alternator, power steering, A/C compressor, etc.
