22re to 22r swap

I love Efi but have bad running issues with this truck.
I removed all Efi intake, computor, distributor and ignitor coil.
It was easy to do I kept the Efi gas tank and Only disconnected the Efi fuel
Pump wire and installed A low pressure pump,I used the LCE water block kit
On the intake, head, timing cover,LCE egr block kit,LCE carb adapter
A weber 32/36 puerto rican modified carb(swapped venturis).
The ignition was simple just using the carb distributor/ignitor coil bow and wiring the white wire to the Switch(+),I also plugged every port except the brake booster On the intake side,I also used the Efi plenum throttle holder and throttle bore linkage on the weber.see photo below
The truck starts up fine no leaks or rough idling and timing set at 12degrees
Took it down the road and so far none of that hard to solve
Efi issues

I might do this as well. I have one truck with screwed up wiring and this would solve some problems.

Looks goo but.... I need to learn something new, please explain "A weber 32/36 puerto rican modified carb(swapped venturis)."
And is that a manual choke I see and not an electric choke?

"The ignition was simple just using the carb distributor/ignitor coil bow and wiring the white wire to the Switch"
does that mean you used a ignitor coil from a carbed engine? or that you just removed the wires on the box on top of it except for the white one and then wired it to the switch?
I am collecting parts to do this swap and am hoping to maybe re-purpose the old ignitor setup for at least something....
I have:
Weber 32/36
Carter 4070 fuel pump
stock 22r distributor

I want to remove the ecu and make the truck run as a standalone engine independent of computerized motor controls as well as eliminate all of the unnecessary vacuum lines and the efi etc.
