3-link front..what about the rear?
With my 3-link SAS coming to fruition, I'm going to have to address the rear! It's looking at being roughly 8" over stock (with 4" up travel in the front, I may drop this to 3" up, giving a 7" lift..not decided yet).
I've got a 2" body lift, and what I thought were uprated springs at the back. But after a measure of Cals' truck they're around the same height (Cal has +2" uprated, and no body lift).
Initially I'm thinking +2" springs and some spring spacers. I've got +4" dampers so I'll have to have a tinker with those or see if there are longer ones I can use. I know if you go too high the 4-link set up at the back doesn't work too well so this is relatively short term..I'll 3-link the rear too eventually

You are going to put a 6" spacer in the rear? If I'm reading that right, you need 8" of lift.
Unless you have something else in mind, that is going to cause some issues when you flex the truck. The spring is going to want to push the spacer out of the bucket.
You are correct that with 8" of lift, the rear suspension is going to have a bunch of issues. 4" longer shocks may be okay, but you will likely have to re locate them.
To be honest, I think the rear is going to drive very poorly. Your best bet is to swap the rear out ASAP.
Good luck

No, not 6"..would go 50-60mm plus the springs to give 4-5" overall. Don't mind having my nose in the air short-term.
Was jus wondering what other options there was other than linking or leafing the back. I am going to do it eventually..but realistically it's not going to be until nxt summer most likes.
