Where do you guys like to buy your R&P gears?

I have decided to keep my IFS and just re gear now. I do not have the knowledge to do it my self, and don't have the money to pay a shop. I run 33's. I've never bought new tires, all used craigslist finds. So i will be going from 33's to 35's what ever are cheaper. I'm going with 5.29's. 4 cyl 8'' in rear, 7.5 up front. Probably throwing a rear aussie or yukon(grizzly, zip, or spartan, still searching)
There's no talking me out of it now!

This is new to me. My buddy's shop has an account with randy's ring and pinion. I think they sell yukons? What are some trusted brands? It also seems harder to find 5.29's in the 7.5 up front. My friend won't be trying to make money off me if I order through him. Opinions?

I bought my Yukons from Marlin Crawler - if Marlin sells them, that's enough for me. MC is a great company with an impeccable reputation, I give them my money whenever I get the chance and have a need.

Thank you for the kind words corax!

skoti89,

We have been using Yukon Ring and Pinions for a long time and have received nothing but the most reliable gear sets we've ever seen. Of the Yukon R&Ps we setup, less than 1% of them fail. Yukon R&Ps are easy to setup, are very consistent, we are always able to get a perfect pattern, and they never let us down.

Here is another vote on Yukon gears as I've been running them in my personal truck since 2004 without a hitch.

Regards,
BigMike
