Compatibility of 92 3VZ-E to 95 3VZ-E swap

I just bought a 95 4Runner with the v6, and I'm looking this weekend to get a v6 to replace it (told it's lost compression on #2 cylinder, I've not verified but I know it's missing and lacking alot of power) from a 92 4Runner in the junkyard. I've done alot of searching in the small amount of time I've had. From what I've gathered of course they're the same blocks and most all the same or similar in other aspects, but I've seen that the water pumps are different (diff part numbers?) The left heads have a different part number? As well as the alternators. Any input would be much appreciated as I'm supposed to start this task tomorrow or the day after. Lady says she want's her new 4Runner running NOW!

I have a 94 4runner that I'm putting the engine out of a 92 in and the only differences that I ran into was the timing belt tensioner and the knock sensor. I just used the ones for the 94 and called it good... haven't put it back in the truck yet though.

I got my timing belt and water pump done on my 92 and the shop said that there was two different part #'s for my water pump. I don't know if this helps.
