3vze overheating when towing or sitting in traffic

Howdy im new here. Im having a problem with my 95 4-runner with the infamous 3vze ( I know its a piece O crap Dont remind me). When towing since first week of ownership (even an unloaded 4x8 trailer on flat ground ) the motor will over-heat and puke coolant out. I know its not the head gaskets, the water pump is good, new thermostat with two 1/8" holed drilled at 12 and two o' clock,
new radiator (all air out), new a340h transmission, have tried a fully locked clutch fan, a brand new clutch fan. even tried direct wiring the ac fan to a switch on the dash

Any info on this could help Thanks in advance

Don't overheat it to a point that coolant spills out. My truck would run hot for a very brief moment, coolant didn't even spill out yet and my truck blew a headgasket. Don't drive it till you fix it. I thought id be fine but my truck is currently down.
