New '86 - Suspension ?

Just bought her last night. Would like to replace the suspension. Should I stick with stock shocks or are there other suggestions? I'm not going to rock-crawl or go off-road crazy (not much in West Michigan).

Front and rear. The back end has a nasty sag.
I was thinking just replacing with stock and am looking for suggestions on brands.

the back isn't sagging because of the shocks, it's the springs that are wore out. Common on these.

Are you planning any type of suspension lift? ie Ball joint spacers, add-a-leaf etc etc? If not...... and if your not gonna really wheel your truck that often.....

I would suggest the Procomp es3000's. They are a tad short in the rear though. But if your not gonna push your truck off-road you wouldn't even notice it. I like the ride mine gives. SO Besides them being a little short and interfering with full travel of a stock setup, I would recommend them.

P.S. In about a month or so, I will have mine up for sale. Stock height ES3000's less than 2 years old. Only been wheeled on twice. Put on a 2-3" lift and gonna need longer ones. Nothing wrong with them.

Front.
Either buy an expensive lift. 4"
Bigger T-bars and crank em. Around 1" before its bad.
Ball joint spacers. 1.5"
Leave it stock and get better shocks.

Rear
Blocks up to 3"
Leafs varies a lot.

Most aftermarket suppliers don't even sell stock I believe so hit up Advance, Autozone, Napa. Yada yada.
Use the search, it does wonders.
