95 taco bucking / missing under load

Hello all, yes I searched but I don't feel any result is my exact problem...95 taco v6 5 spd 4x4, leveling kit and add a leaf, other than that bone stock. problem is when under load ( lower rpms ) usually in second sometimes 3rd and rarely 4th it bucks as I increase gas, or hesitates, like if its something electric, no loud bangs but its a fairly violent skip. When I'm higher, say above 4k rpm its smooth as can be, no slipping, any gear. This has been a progressively worsening problem and I need some solid advice before I start buying parts.
I've read everything in searches, MAF, tps, warped flywheel, clutch, coils etc. If I need to be more specific I can. I had some issues with my 89 4runner and yotatech always helped. where do I start ?!

Visual check done today, every thing " looks " good. Notice that when cold and warming up, idle seems to fluctuate in the slightest amount until warm. I'm thinking coil packs.... but still waiting on some feedback. Any help is appreciated !

It also seems to "break up " slightly on throttle from 1.5k - 4.5k rpm... in neutral, warm and cold

I was thinking maybe the cold start injector was pulsing as it cuts out when the truck warms up...cause then it goes away...for me its only when i jump in cold in the morning and when i let the truck warm up it dosnt do it ....thats why im leaning towards the cold start injector ....what i may do is when its cold un plug the injector start the truck and drive right away and see if it happens.....

Vacuum leak? Check for dry rotted hoses, cracks in flexible intake tube, around the throttle body, etc. Could a plugged PCV play into this?

That all depends on where the exhaust leak is, if it is before the O2 sensor, then that can mess up all kinds of things as the ECU isnt getting the proper readouts of the exhaust.

It seems to be at the brackets off the header, so yes it is before the o2 , maybe I will start there.
