Sway bar and Torsion swap help...

Does anyone know if the torsion bars and sway bars are interchangeable on 2WD and 4WD models?
I have a 2WD 93 pickup with a lift on it, and have the chance to buy some sway bars and torsions from a 4WD. I assume they're both stiffer than the ones on my truck, and would be an upgrade.
