Title says it, I'm installing a new timing belt/water pump/pulley on my 5vz and when I unbolted the top idler pulley the bolt was stripped out, the bolt will screw back in but there's no way to put tension on it. I'm wondering what my best option would be.

 

Also, I have 3 year old gas in the tank.. I plan on dropping the tank and dumping it, but what should I do about the fuel lines?

 

drill and tap or heli coil
